5.1 okaoka accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit card, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

7.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
7.3 okaoka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of suspected abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, okaoka may void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.4 Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
7.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okaoka platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any okaoka content.
11.3 The okaoka name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of okaoka. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okaoka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 okaoka's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okaoka account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 okaoka does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okaoka's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 okaoka reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if okaoka reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, okaoka may forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to okaoka, subject to applicable legal holds.
13.3 You may close your okaoka account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

15.3 okaoka operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
