okaoka Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

1.1 okaoka ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users ("you," "your") of the okaoka platform. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal information.

1.2 This Policy is issued in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the applicable guidelines of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

1.3 This Privacy Policy should be read together with okaoka's Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Data Controller

2.1 For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, okaoka acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data it collects from players and visitors to the okaoka platform.

2.2 okaoka has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data privacy laws. You may contact the DPO at the address provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

3. Personal Data We Collect

• Deposit and withdrawal history, transaction amounts in Philippine Peso (₱);
• Payment method details (e.g., GCash account reference, PayMaya / Maya reference, bank account name and last digits for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank);
• Bonus and promotional activity records;
• Gaming history, wager amounts, and game session data.

3.3 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type;
• Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the okaoka platform;
• Login timestamps and session duration;
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

• Records of your communications with okaoka customer support;

• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications, where you have provided explicit opt-in consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

6.1 okaoka does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the okaoka platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, Philippine banks), game software providers, cloud hosting providers, and customer support tools. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to protect your data;
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine government bodies, where required by law or regulatory obligation;
• Law enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies, where okaoka is legally compelled to disclose information in connection with a criminal investigation or court order;
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of okaoka's business assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

7.1 okaoka uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you, remember your preferences, and analyze how you use the okaoka platform.

7.2 The types of cookies okaoka uses include:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function, including session management and security features. These cannot be disabled;

• Analytics cookies: Help us understand how players use the okaoka platform so we can improve it. Data collected is aggregated and anonymized where possible;

8. Data Retention

8.1 okaoka retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations. Specifically:

• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC requirements;
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Customer support communications are retained for three (3) years;
• Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of your account and for two (2) years following withdrawal of consent.

8.2 When personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal retention obligation applies, okaoka will securely delete or anonymize it.

9.1 okaoka implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit between your device and okaoka servers;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including payment information and identity documents;
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments;
• Multi-factor authentication for administrative access to okaoka systems;
• Incident response procedures for detecting, reporting, and managing personal data breaches.

9.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, okaoka will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

10. Your Privacy Rights

10.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by okaoka:

11. Children's Privacy

11.1 The okaoka platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. okaoka does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

11.2 If okaoka becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data, and return any deposits to the original payment method following identity verification.

11.3 If you believe that a minor has registered an account on the okaoka platform, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 15.

12. International Data Transfers

12.1 okaoka primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where data is transferred to service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure or game software providers), okaoka ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data protection clauses consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

12.2 okaoka will not transfer your personal data to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards and, where required, obtaining your consent.

13. Third-Party Links

13.1 The okaoka platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the okaoka platform. okaoka is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites and encourages you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

14.1 okaoka reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the okaoka platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

14.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the okaoka platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
