You can update your contact details (email, mobile number) through your okaoka Account Settings page. Changes to your legal name or date of birth require identity re-verification and must be requested through our support team. okaoka supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, please contact okaoka support with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate right away.

To withdraw from okaoka, go to your account dashboard and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount in ₱, and confirm. Your KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are usually processed within 1–3 business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. The minimum deposit at okaoka is ₱50 for GCash and Maya, and ₱100 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification steps in line with anti-money laundering regulations.

To claim your welcome bonus, simply register, complete KYC verification, make your first qualifying deposit, and the bonus will be credited to your account automatically. Wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) specify how many times you must bet your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
